SHOP POLICIES:

PAYMENT:

  • Prices are in USD site-wide.
  • I accept payment by PayPal, including credit card by PayPal, and by e-transfer -Canada only- (please contact me first for e-transfer payment!). All of these methods are safe and secure.

SHIPPING INFO:

  • Please note: Grumpy angels 2023– shipping will be once a week on Mondays/Tuesdays. Purchases made between Monday- Sunday will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday.
  • Shipping is by Standard Canada Post, untracked. Larger items such as original art, will be sent by Canada Post Expedited, Insured, or FedEx/UPS (at purchaser’s preference)
  • I aim to ship your order within 3 business days from the time of purchase. If a purchase is made on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the soonest business day following. You’ll be notified of any unforseen delays in shipping out your item.
  • Depending on your delivery address and destination country, it can sometimes take up to 2-4 weeks for your purchase to arrive.
  • I ship world-wide! Larger items such as original art require additional insurance and tracking, these items will be sold as a first come, first served basis, and I’ll provide you with a shipping estimate before processing your order, then send an invoice to process your payment.
  • If you need faster delivery, please contact me before purchasing so I  can get a shipping estimate and delivery options for your purchase.
  • I do my very best to package your purchase the best way possible to protect it from damage in transit.
  • Prints and cards are sent inside a sturdy mailer/envelope, and larger originals are packed in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and packing material if/as needed. I try not to overpack and use as little cardboard and packing as possible, as well as re-use cardboard & bubblewrap.

LOST ORDERS- under $30
Any order under $30 that is considered lost (has not arrived to recipient after 30 days from purchase date) will be refunded. I don’t offer replacement or tracked service to replace (it’s too expensive!).

LOST ORDERS- over $30, and/or original art
Any order other than original art over $30 that is considered lost (has not arrived to recipient after 30 days from purchase date) can be either replaced & sent again with tracked service, or, refunded.
Original art can’t be duplicated exactly but can be closely matched in some cases. Please discuss options with me. 🙂

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time, unless something has gone really, really wrong. I ask that you please contact me directly to discuss.

  • Every purchase supports me and my little family, and I often make charitable donations to our local foodbank with some of the proceeds of my shop.
