SHOP POLICIES:
PAYMENT:
- Prices are in Canadian dollar site-wide.
- I accept payment by PayPal, including credit card by PayPal, and by e-transfer -Canada only- (please contact me first for e-transfer payment!). All of these methods are safe and secure.
SHIPPING INFO:
- Standard Tracked shipping via Canada Post is now required with your purchase (exemption of stickers in small quantities which are sent lettermail untracked unless you choose tracking). I do not offer untracked/free shipping service.
- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or loss/theft of untracked lettermail
- A phone number is now required with your tracked package to enter with shipping details so your PO can contact you directly if needed in regards to delivery.
- I can also arrange shipment by courier at an additional cost- FedEx or UPS, please contact me!
- I aim to ship your order within 3 business days from the time of purchase. If a purchase is made on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the soonest business day following. You’ll be notified of any unforseen delays in shipping out your item.
- Depending on your delivery address and destination country, it can sometimes take up to 2-4 weeks for your purchase to arrive.
- I ship world-wide! Larger items such as original art require additional insurance and tracking, these items will be sold as a first come, first served basis, and I’ll provide you with a shipping estimate before processing your order, then send an invoice to process your payment.
- If you need faster delivery, please contact me before purchasing so I can get a shipping estimate and delivery options for your purchase.
- I do my very best to package your purchase the best way possible to protect it from damage in transit.
- Larger originals are packed in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and packing material if/as needed. I try not to overpack and use as little cardboard and packing as possible, as well as re-use cardboard & bubblewrap.
LOST ORDERS
Any tracked order that is considered lost (has not arrived to recipient after 40 days from shipping date, tracking has not been updated for a long period of time) will be refunded.
I don’t offer replacement or tracked service to replace (it’s too expensive!).
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time, unless something has gone really, really wrong. I ask that you please contact me directly to discuss.
I’m not responsible for stolen items.
